Vintage Clipart: 1890 Illustration of a Moon Flower or Evening Glory

A botanical illustration of the Ipomoea (Calonyction) grandiflora, also commonly referred to as moon flower or evening glory. This illustration is taken from an 1890 encyclopaedia of horticulture which describes the flower as "...a tropical perennial species, with immense pure white, sweet-scented flowers, which, contrary to the habits of this splendid family, open at night instead of the morning."
